Prerequisites
- Feishu admin access
- OpenClaw deployed
Steps

Create Feishu App
Create an enterprise app on Feishu Open Platform.
Commands

Visit https://open.feishu.cn → Console → Create Enterprise Custom App Tips
- • App name can be customized, e.g., 'AI Assistant'
- • App icon can be any image

Configure App Permissions
Enable necessary permissions for the app.

App management page → Permission Management → enable the following permissions:
• Get and send direct & group messages
• Get basic user info Tips
- • Some permissions require admin approval

Get App Credentials
Copy App ID and App Secret.

On the app's "Credentials & Basic Info" page, copy the App ID and App Secret Tips
- • App Secret is shown only once, save it securely

Configure OpenClaw Channel
Add Feishu channel in OpenClaw.

OpenClaw Admin UI → Channels → Add Channel → select "Feishu" → enter App ID and App Secret Tips
- • A callback URL will be generated automatically after saving

Configure Feishu Event Subscription
Configure the callback URL in Feishu app.

Feishu Open Platform → App Details → Event Subscription → configure the request URL (enter the callback URL generated by OpenClaw) Tips
- • Ensure your OpenClaw is accessible from the public internet
- • Publish the app version after configuration
Common Issues
Bot not responding?
Check if the message receiving address is correctly configured and ensure OpenClaw is publicly accessible
Insufficient permissions?
Contact Feishu admin to approve app permissions, or use enterprise custom app
