自 2026 年 8 月 21 日起，使用 Grok Bot 的最低门槛是 Cursor Pro+（$60/月）及以上套餐，SuperGrok Plus/Heavy 套餐同样可用。客户端方面，在 Mac（Apple Silicon）上安装 macOS 客户端，或在 iPhone 上安装 iOS App。

首次配置审批阈值
Grok Bot 对后果性操作（发消息、购买、删除、修改权限等）默认要求人工批准。首次使用时可以按需自定义审批阈值，在安全与效率之间找到你舒服的平衡点。
小提示
- • Keep the defaults at first; loosen them gradually once you know how the bot behaves
- • Only exempt highly repetitive actions with acceptable worst-case outcomes

用 Teach-a-task 示范你的工作流
把你正在做的重复工作在屏幕上完整示范一遍，例如每周把 Gmail 里的发票整理进表格。Bot 会观察并学习你的操作步骤，之后保存为一条可重复执行的 routine。
小提示
- • Just do it the way you normally do — the steadier your steps, the better the bot learns
- • Split long workflows into several small routines; they're easier to maintain than one giant task

测试 routine 并给反馈
让 Bot 把学到的流程完整跑一遍，逐步检查结果。发现偏差时直接告诉它哪里做错了、应该怎么做，Bot 会接受纠正并调整后续执行。

- • Run the first tests on low-stakes data (a test mailbox, say) before touching real data
- • 'Which step, and what it should be' beats a vague 'that's wrong' every time

给 routine 设定定时执行
流程稳定后，为 routine 设置定时执行计划，例如每周五下午自动运行。到点后 Bot 会在云端环境执行任务，需要审批的操作仍会按你的阈值请求确认。

- • Schedule runs for times you can actually check your phone, so approval requests don't sit unanswered

了解安全边界
官方文档明确说明「Bots are not a security boundary」——Bot 不是安全边界。只授权业务专用账号给 Bot，敏感账号不要在 Bot 的云电脑上登录。数据保留政策目前未公开，涉密数据不要交给 Bot 处理。

- • Create dedicated business accounts for the bot; the extra login beats handing over your main account
- • Keep sensitive workflows manual, or revisit after xAI publishes a data-retention policy

套餐里找不到 Grok Bot？
Grok Bot 有套餐门槛：2026 年 8 月 21 日起最低为 Cursor Pro+（$60/月）及以上，或 SuperGrok Plus/Heavy 套餐。先到官方页面核对当前套餐权益，必要时升级后再使用。
有 Windows 版吗？
目前 Grok Bot 客户端覆盖 macOS（Apple Silicon）与 iOS。Windows 版本是否推出，以官方下载页的说明为准。
审批请求太频繁怎么办？
在审批设置中调整阈值，把低风险、高重复的操作设为免审批；购买、删除、改权限这类高风险操作建议长期保留人工审批。
