Steps

Log into WeChat Official Account Platform
Access the official account backend to configure the server.

Visit https://mp.weixin.qq.com → Log in → Settings & Development → Basic Configuration Tips
- • Requires official account admin permissions
- • Subscription account has limited features, service account is better

Configure Server URL
Enter OpenClaw's callback URL in the official account configuration.

OpenClaw Admin UI → Channels → Add Channel → select "WeChat Official Account" → copy the callback URL All Systems
WeChat Official Account Platform → Server Configuration → enter the URL and Token Tips
- • URL must be HTTPS
- • Token can be customized, keep it consistent on both sides

Get Official Account Credentials
Copy AppID and AppSecret.

WeChat Official Account Platform → Basic Configuration → copy the AppID and AppSecret Tips
- • AppSecret requires admin QR code scan

Complete Configuration
Enter official account credentials in OpenClaw.

OpenClaw channel configuration → enter AppID and AppSecret → save and enable Tips
- • After enabling, you can chat with AI in the official account
Common Issues
Server configuration failed?
Ensure URL is HTTPS and server is publicly accessible, check if Token matches
Not receiving messages?
Check if official account has server configuration mode enabled (menu functions will be disabled)
